His clinical activity includes advanced arthroscopic management of TFCC injuries, scapholunate instability, distal radioulnar joint instability, ulnocarpal pathology, wrist ganglia, post-traumatic wrist sequelae and elbow nerve entrapment conditions.

He has developed and disseminated arthroscopic techniques for TFCC and scapholunate ligament reconstruction and has contributed to anatomical and technical studies on novel wrist arthroscopy portals. His work combines high-volume clinical practice, surgical innovation, international teaching and academic leadership in wrist arthroscopy.
